Return Policy

Paul’s Fisheries - In-Store Returns & Refund Policy*

We take pride in maintaining strict quality control through our processes and inspections. However, if something doesn’t meet your expectations, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist where reasonably possible.

 *1. Perishable Goods Policy*  

All seafood, poultry, meat, and frozen items are perishable. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on chilled/frozen products once they have left the store, unless otherwise.

 *2. Quality Guarantee - Report immediately

If your purchase is spoiled, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Please notify us immediately 
  • Please bring it back to us with your till slip/receipt. 
  • We’ll inspect it and offer a *like-for-like replacement or store credit* where applicable. 
  • Refunds to card/cash will only be given for faulty/damaged items that have been returned, at management’s discretion.

 *3. Change of Mind*  

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on fresh, frozen, or perishable food items, in line with food safety standards.

 *4. What to Bring*  

  • Original till slip/receipt 
  • Product in its original packaging
