Paul’s Fisheries - In-Store Returns & Refund Policy*
*1. Perishable Goods Policy*
All seafood, poultry, meat, and frozen items are perishable. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on chilled/frozen products once they have left the store, unless otherwise.
*2. Quality Guarantee - Report immediately
If your purchase is spoiled, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Please notify us immediately
- Please bring it back to us with your till slip/receipt.
- We’ll inspect it and offer a *like-for-like replacement or store credit* where applicable.
- Refunds to card/cash will only be given for faulty/damaged items that have been returned, at management’s discretion.
*3. Change of Mind*
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on fresh, frozen, or perishable food items, in line with food safety standards.
*4. What to Bring*
- Original till slip/receipt
- Product in its original packaging
